Is your chiropractor fixing your problem?

Do you feel like you’re going in circles going to a chiropractor?  Does it feel like when you walk out the door that your problem just comes right back.  Don’t blame it on chiropractic, it just maybe your chiropractor.

Some chiropractors have more experience in finding and fixing your problem than others.  So if you want your biomechanical problem fixed, make sure your chiropractor is checking you for at least the following:

  1. Your feet – Your feet have 26 bones, that if they are not aligned properly can cause significant structural problems.
  2. Your knees – Besides the bones there are lots of soft tissues here that can be injured.
  3. Your hips – By hips I mean where your femurs are attaching to your pelvis.
  4. Your ilium- These are the two bones, that join with the sacrum to from your pelvis.
  5. Your sacrum – The large triangular bone at the base of your spine.
  6. Your Lumbar Spine
  7. Your Thoracic Spine
  8. Your Cervical Spine
  9. Your rib cage
  10. Your temporal mandibular joints
  11. Your Clavicles – AKA collar bone
  12. Your Scapula
  13. Your Shoulders
  14. Your Elbows
  15. Your Wrists
  16. Your Hands

I will get more into each of these on future posts, hopefully with video.
