Restorative Physical Medicine Therapies for Enhanced Well-being

Welcome to All Seasons Integrative Health's Fargo Spine and Joint Center, where we provide an array of restorative medicine therapies aimed at improving your health and vitality. We believe in offering alternatives to prescription medications and surgery, harnessing your body's innate healing abilities. Our therapies stimulate your body's own cells, located within the extracellular matrix, to support the natural healing process.

Why Choose Restorative Medicine Therapies?

Our approach focuses on leveraging your body's own resources rather than relying on cells from external sources like bone marrow, adipose tissue, amniotic fluid, or placental cord blood. By using advanced medical devices tailored to the nervous system, skeletal muscles, bones, and joints, we facilitate self-healing. Moreover, these restorative therapies have the added benefit of wound healing and bolstering your immune system.

Safe and Side-Effect Free

All the restorative medicine therapies we offer come with a remarkable track record of safety. When applied correctly, these therapies become your first line of defense in restoring tissue healing to your organs and tissues.

Exciting Areas of treatment: Tissue Engineering

In the ever-evolving field of restorative medicine, exciting possibilities are emerging, such as tissue engineering. This cutting-edge technology may soon allow for the recreation of your body's own tissue in a laboratory setting, offering solutions for conditions like heart disease. We are committed to staying at the forefront of these developments and adjusting our treatment protocols accordingly.

Restorative Medicine Therapy in Sports Medicine

Restorative medicine therapies are proving highly effective in treating sub-acute injuries, alleviating pain and inflammation, and facilitating a swift return to normal function. We also utilize these therapies for injury prevention.

Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Therapy

What is Spinal Decompression Therapy (Full Body Stretch Machine)?

Our office proudly offers Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Therapy, a safe, non-invasive method for addressing issues like neck and lower back bulging discs, spinal disc injuries, and impingements. This therapy involves gentle stretching, creating negative pressure on spinal discs to rehydrate them, reduce pressure, and alleviate nerve compression, such as in cases of spinal stenosis.

Can Spinal Decompression Machines Help You?

This treatment can provide relief from spinal degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, compression fractures, joint pain, and sports-related spinal injuries. Spinal disc degeneration can even be reversed when caught and treated early, preventing long-term effects.

How long does it take to benefit from Nonsurgical Spinal Decompression?

  • The number and length of treatment depend on your condition and how your body responds to the spinal traction treatment with the spinal decompression tractions devices. Our doctors will outline the best schedule of care for you.
  • Generally, you will start to experience relief after the initial sessions. As your condition improves, sessions will decrease - getting you back to enjoying the activities you love.

Spinal Decompression Therapy Benifits:

  • Non-invasive (No surgery)
  • Medication free
  • Painless
  • Safe
  • Cost-effective

We believe you should have more options than prescriptions or surgery. That is why we offer Focused Shockwave therapy in our office!

Focused ShockWave Therapy

We also offer Focused ShockWave Therapy, a diagnostic and therapeutic restorative medicine treatment that utilizes high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate your body's natural healing mechanism. This therapy can alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue restoration for a wide range of acute, chronic, and repetitive stress conditions.

Can ShockWave Therapy Help Me and My Condition?

This restorative physical medicine therapy treatment option can alleviate the pain and inflammation from many acute, chronic, and repetitive stress conditions. By stimulating damaged tissues to reduce inflammation.

  • Non-invasive (No Surgery)
  • Medication free (No pills or corticosteroids)
  • No known side effects
  • Targets deep tissue areas, not just the surface

ShockWave Treatments:

  • The number of treatments depends on your damaged tissue and your condition as well as how your body responds to the treatment.
  • As a general guideline to help establish and grow new tissue, mild conditions do well with 4 treatments, moderate conditions do well with 8 treatments, and severe conditions do well with 12 treatments.

Moderate and severe conditions may need an ongoing touch-up session. However, you may see a decrease in pain and better mobility as early as 1-3 treatments.

We believe you should have more options than prescriptions or surgery. That is why we offer K-Laser therapy in our office.

What is K Laser Therapy?

  • Class IV K-Lasers deliver specific red and near-infrared wavelengths of laser light to induce a therapeutic effect within the body.
  • The painless application of laser energy promotes increased circulation by drawing oxygen and nutrients to the affected area, creating an optimal healing environment.
  • The K-Laser combines several wavelengths and various delivery modes to treat pain by decreasing inflammation and increasing circulation.

Can K Laser Therapy Help Me and My Condition?

  • Class IV Laser therapy is proven to biostimulate tissue repair and growth.
  • It accelerates the healing process by decreasing inflammation, pain, and scar tissue formation
  • In managing most chronic and acute pain, it can provide dramatic results.
  • Laser Therapy can reduce pain associated with:
  • Tendinopathies
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Myofascial Trigger Points
  • Tennis Elbow
  • Post-Traumatic Injury
  • Rib Pain
  • Ligament Sprains
  • Muscle Strains
  • Repetitive Stress Injuries
  • Chondromalacia Patellae
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Shoulder Pain
  • Neck Pain
  • Back Pain
  • Knee Pain
  • Shingles
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Diabetic Neuropathy
  • Deep Edema/Congestion
  • Sports Injuries
  • Auto Injuries
  • Plantar Fasciitis

How Many K-Laser Treatments Do I need?

  • This depends on the nature of the condition and the severity, but for acute conditions, 4 to 6 treatments. For more chronic pain, 6 to 12 (or more) treatments.
  • Typical treatment time is 4 to 8 minutes, depending upon the size of the area being treated
  • You may feel improvement in your condition (usually pain reduction) after the first treatment.

Sometimes you will not feel improvement for a number of treatments. This does not mean that the condition is not improving. Treatments are cumulative, and results are often felt after 3 or 4 sessions.
